This website is operated by Wisdom Fortune Private Limited ("we", "us"), a real estate agent registered with K-RERA (Reg. No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/AG/250425/005680), with its office at 6th Sector, 4th Floor, 5th Main Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, preferred configuration, budget, location, buying timeline, messages, and for job applications your role, experience and CV link.
- Usage data: pages visited, the page you came from, campaign tags (UTM) and basic device and browser information.
- Cookies: small files used to remember your preferences and to measure advertising performance (see section 6).
3. How we use it
- To call, WhatsApp, SMS or email you about the projects and services you asked about.
- To arrange site visits, share brochures, cost sheets and price updates, and send alerts you signed up for.
- To help with home loans and documentation when you ask us to.
- To process job applications.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Consent
By submitting a form, chatting with our assistant or contacting us, you consent to us processing your data for these purposes and contacting you, even if your number is on the DND / NCPR register. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this won't affect processing already done.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed to serve you:
- With a developer, when you ask for a site visit, booking or pricing for their project, so that they can register you as a customer.
- With banks or loan partners, only if you ask for home-loan help.
- With service providers who run our website, forms, email and analytics, under confidentiality obligations.
- With authorities when required by law.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to enquiries. Google may use cookies for this. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to help you with your purchase and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email wisdomfortune2025@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
